Fire Stopping & Upgrade Works in Ladbroke Grove

We are proud to have successfully completed fire stopping and upgrade works in Ladbroke Grove, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This project, carried out in collaboration with Axis Europe, graingerplc, and Kensington and Chelsea council, involved fire stopping upgrades to 45 flats and communal areas across four blocks.

The significance of this project cannot be overstated, as the flats will provide homes for the survivors of the Grenfell Towers tragedy. Our team worked diligently to ensure that the fire stopping measures implemented meet the highest safety standards, providing enhanced protection and peace of mind for the residents.

We understand the immense responsibility associated with this project and have approached it with utmost care and sensitivity. By working closely with our partners and stakeholders, we have successfully delivered the necessary fire safety upgrades, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of the residents.

This project serves as a testament to our commitment to making a positive impact in communities and ensuring the safety and security of residents. We are honored to have played a role in the redevelopment of this site, providing a safe and secure living environment for those affected by the Grenfell Towers tragedy.
